Shmolives Brooklyn Mixed Olives
We begin with about seven different olives, remove the brine and cook up our secret topping. It gets hand mixed with wood spoons onto the olives in small batches, is allowed to sit a bit for each olive to absorb the flavors. Finally they are hand packed with care into the jars.
