Since each doll is individually handmade, color and design may have possible slight variations. Butterball is an obese cenobite with his sun glasses poking into the skin on the sides of his head, as his eyes are sewn shut. He also has a slice in his stomach that is very deep and is held open by hooks wraping around his sides. He is clad in black leather, like all cenobites, and the skin on his face has been stretched graphically.
