Misses' costume: fitted, boned top has collar, front overlay/placket, back seam detail, flaps, attached three-piece bow, two-piece sleeves with band, bias hem facing and button trim. Back is longer than front, underlining shows. Skirt has waistband, side-front seams, pleated back/drape and self-fabric and continuous bias trim. A, b: underlined, applied, bias ruffles, hook & eye closing, purchased trim and tassel. Fabrics: taffeta, silk. Contrast: velvet, lightweight brocade. Underlining: cotton/cotton blends.
