The bottom of the weighted base is equipped with foam pads to protect your desktop from scratches.
  • Strong Load-bearing Capacity: We know that the further the mic stand arm extends and the heavier the mic, the more likely it is to sag or tip. That's why we added a 0.76 lb counterweight at the end of the boom arm to balance the weight of any microphone. Even with a heavy microphone attached, this microphone stand will not tip over! With the arm half-extended, the max weight capacity is 8.8 lbs!
