- HIGH QUALITY HEATING ELEMENT: resistive wire made of nickel-chromium alloy and high temperature insulating cloth made of silicone rubber are carefully arranged, the product heats up quickly, has uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency, good toughness, pressure and wear resistance.
- ADJUSTABLE THERMOSTAT: This oil gun heater is controlled by an adjustable thermostat. The temperature setting range is 30~150°C (80~300°F). Once the silicone heating pad reaches the desired temperature, it reduces the power consumption to maintain the selected temperature (±5°F/3°C).
- EASY TO OPERATE: After removing the electric heating pack from the oil drum, it is mounted on the oil drum to be heated and the temperature can be adjusted by connecting it to the power supply. It can be directly wrapped around the heated part, easy to install and remove.
- EASY TO USE: flexible springs are used to secure the silicon belt radiator around drums of various diameters. The spring can extend to about 3 inches. Ideal for heating biodiesel for degradation or processing or for quickly melting coconut oil and for cooling water pipes in winter.
