X-Small fits 11"-13" chest. The unique design of the American River Choke-Free Dog Harness has a patented design that distributes weight exclusively over the chest and none on the neck. The Conforming Shape Fit Seam technology molds the harness to conform to the chest of the dog wearing it. The soft polyester mesh material has same color trim binding as the mesh night safe walking relective strips. The zigzag binding stitch on the trim prevents missed stitches and creates a more durable bond to the material. Unlike the more limiting copy-cat brands, American River Choke-Free Harnesses allow for 3 inches size adjustment. The double-safety closure has both Velcro and a high-strength plastic side-release buckle as part of the Wrap Up and Go design. Machine wash, line dry.
