Add to gumpaste for a pure white color and an easy to work with gumpaste.Add 1-2 teaspoons of CMC powder to 1lb of fondant. Dry humidity less CMC - High humidity more CMC. Knead it in and let it rest overnight before using for best results. It can be used immediately if necessary.
