This stuff only works with NO CLEAN TOP COAT. Must be very very thin powder if you want to see the background color.

How To Use:
Step 1. Apply a thin layer of base coat and cure wiht UV lamp for 2 minutes or LED lamp for 30-60 seconds.
Step 2. Apply first layer of color gel and cure with UV lamp or LED lamp.
Step 3. Apply second layer of color gel and cure with UV lamp or LED lamp.
Step 4. Apply NO CLEAN TOP COAT (Other top coat cannot get holo effect) and cure under lamp.
Step 5. Use eyeshadow stick to pick powder and apply it onto the nails. Repeat the step until you're satisfied with the effect and remove the extra powder.
Step 6. Seal it with no clean top coat.

Warm Tip:The time decide effect. But different lamp and watts, maybe different time.
so you must find the best time for you, my lamp need 30 seconds, if cured long time, the powder will not stay on your nails, if short time,the nails is tacky, so the effect willbe messy.
Please just dry,a bit tacky nail.
