Cookwell & Company searched the four corners of Texas for the most authentic recipe for Teas chili. What they found out is that the old cattle drivers created the most mouth watering chili. The cattle drivers used wild herbs and fresh vegetables mixed with other ingredients they had on hand. Cookwell and Company adapted their recipe to reflect that of the cattle drivers suing only the freshest of ingredients. Vine ripened tomatoes, a unique blend of four chile peppers.
