Removes Alkaline Residue, Chemical and Mineral Deposits From Uncoated Clear and Float Surfaces (Typical Stage I Corrosion). Â CRL Water Spot Remover is specifically formulated for use by professional window cleaning contractors and glazing professionals. It is designed to remove any residue left on glass which may alter the optical clarity, and can not be cleaned using standard methods. CRL Water Spot Remover will make glass clear again if it has turned hazy due to caustic and corrosive air pollution, acid rain, auto exhaust, hard water deposits, corrosive cleaning materials, dust and dirt residues. It works by dissolving mineral deposits from the surface of the glass, and prevents their redeposit later. Â Because CRL Water Spot Remover is an acid-based product, it has the ability to dissolve deposits found in the rough pits and ridges of the glass surface, leaving it looking almost like new. Â Â Contents of Container: 32 fl oz (946 ml) Â Additional Product Information: Stage I Corrosion is defined as glass with light corrosion, with little or no damage to the glass. Stage II Corrosion occurs when the deposits are no longer on the surface of the glass, but have started to break down the molecular structure of the glass, leaving an etched or white haze on the glass after the stain has been removed. CRL Water Spot Remover will not repair glass with Stage II Corrosion. Â Â Important Note: This product is for use only by glazing professionals.
