- SOLID MOUNT. These 5th wheel hitch rails are rated to 25,000 pounds and provide secure 5th wheel hitch installation (hitch and under-bed mounting brackets sold separately). They are also tested according to SAE J2638 specs
- VERSATILE FIT. These 5th wheel base rails are industry-standard, meaning they accept any industry-standard 5th wheel hitch. They are compatible with virtually all CURT 5th wheel hitches (excludes puck system products)
- CUSTOM-FIT. While these 5th wheel rails have an industry-standard, universal design, they are intended to be used in conjunction with a set of CURT custom 5th wheel brackets. The brackets bolt onto the truck frame with a vehicle-specific fit
- QUICK RELEASE. These 5th wheel rails allow you to maximize the functionality of your truck bed. They enable a 5th wheel hitch to be securely anchored in place for towing, and just as easily allow the 5th wheel hitch to be removed for hauling other cargo
- DUAL-COAT. For long-lasting resistance to rain, snow, mud, road salt and more, these 5th wheel installation base rails are shielded in a dual-coat of rust-resistant A-coat and durable gloss black powder coat
CURT class 1 trailer hitches are the lightest-duty hitches of our rear mount receiver lineup. They are engineered for reliability, welded together with quality American steel and blasted clean for a smooth finish. Tested to meet the strict demands of the industry, this CURT class 1 hitch has a capacity to tow up to 2,000 lbs. of gross trailer weight and 200 lbs. of tongue weight. This means it can handle a variety of small trailers such as single-axle utility trailers, canoe and kayak trailers, dirt bike trailers and more. It can also accept a hitch-mounted cargo carrier or bike rack, making it a very useful addition to cars with limited cargo space (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component; i.e. the vehicle, hitch, trailer, etc).Class 1 hitches feature a 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" receiver tube opening and are typically mounted on compact cars, full-size cars and some smaller crossover SUVs, minivans and compact SUVs. It features a round tube frame and comes with a hitch pin and clip and all necessary installation hardware.Each CURT class 1 hitch is co-cured with a liquid Bonderite coating and a high-gloss black powder coat finish that provide a lasting defense against rust, wear and harmful UV rays.
