They are excellent choice for hotels, condominiums, apartment complex and single family residences. Level 2 spring tension rating. Aluminum alloy shell with brown duronotic finish. Can be mounted regular AR or parallel arm. Parallel arm bracket included. Maximum door size 36-inch. Recommended for interior doors. Maximum door weight 100-pounds.
