Callebaut’s Finest Belgian White Chocolate callets are made with 100% pure cocoa butter, premium milk powder, fine sugar and a touch of pure Bourbon vanilla. This is an all purpose white chocolate that can be used for ganaches, mousses, for dipping, candy making, decoration and baking. White chocolate can be colored but use caution when selecting product to color chocolate. YOu dont ahve to break the callets or shave a big block of chocolate.
