- Allows the Installation of Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Hitches: Adapter allows you to install fifth wheel or gooseneck hitches to industry standard rails. The adapter mounts to OEM puck systems found on select pickup trucks
- Compatibility: Compatible with 2020 GM 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks that have the OEM puck system installed; Accepts Eaz-Lift Fifth Wheel Hitches (16k, 18k, 22k) (stationary and slider) (48623/4/5/6/7/8), as well as the Eaz-Lift Gooseneck Ball and Plate, Rail Mount (48554)
- Includes: Comes with (2) puck adapter assemblies and associated hardware
