For those of you who cannot make up your minds, we alternate yellow cake layers with our famous caramel and ganache fillings, then ice it all with our traditional Southern fudge. Our cakes are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays. We recommend freezing immediately upon arrival. To enjoy, let your cake come to room temperature out of the freezer for 2-3 hours. You may freeze and re-freeze for up to six months.
