Description
- CLASSIC G-SHOCK TOUGHNESS — SHOCK, WATER & MAGNETIC RESISTANT — The G-100 has all the hallmarks of a classic G-Shock — shock resistance, 200-meter water resistance, and anti-magnetic resistance in a perfectly balanced analog-digital package. Built to protect against impact and vibration, this is a G-Shock engineered to handle whatever your day throws at it.
- ANALOG-DIGITAL DISPLAY WITH NEOBRITE LUMINOUS HANDS — Neobrite hands make it easy to read the analog time at a glance, while the digital subdial displays seconds, date, day, and additional function data simultaneously. The masculine round-shaped dial keeps readability front and center whether you're indoors or out in the field.
- EL BACKLIGHT WITH AFTERGLOW FOR LOW-LIGHT VISIBILITY — The electro-luminescent backlight with afterglow ensures clear visibility in low-light settings — ideal for outdoor adventures, night shifts, and any situation where you need to check the time without a light source.
- DUAL TIME & 1/100-SECOND STOPWATCH — Features dual time for simultaneous display of the current time in two different time zones, and a stopwatch for accurate measurement of elapsed time. The stopwatch measures to 1/100-second precision for the first 60 minutes, then switches to 1-second increments up to 23:59'59.99". A daily alarm and hourly time signal keep you on schedule.
- MINERAL GLASS | 3-YEAR BATTERY | MEDIUM-SIZED RESIN CASE — The watch measures 49.6 × 47.8 × 15.7mm and weighs 65 grams, powered by a CR2016 battery with an approximate 3-year life. The durable resin band and mineral glass complete a rugged, dependable build suited for sports, work, and everyday adventure. 12/24-hour format and auto-calendar included.
G-Shock is the ultimate tough watch. It was born from a developer's dream of "creating a watch that never breaks." Guided by a "Triple 10" development concept, the design teams sought a watch with 10-meter free-fall endurance, 10-bar water resistance and a 10-year battery life. At a time when it was commonly believed that watches were breakable items, G-Shock's development represented a challenge to common sense. The number of experimental prototypes built for endurance testing reached over 200. And the structural development and parts improvement took approximately two years. After a long, hard process of trial and error, G-Shock was finally launched. A shock resistant structure that overturned conventional thinking about watches was realized through breakthrough thinking, including the ideas of a hollow-structured case, all-directional protective covering and the use of cushioning material to protect critical parts.
