- Industrial-Grade Cast Steel - carbon steel body with HRC55 hardness (Rockwell scale). Drop-forged under 2,200°F for grain alignment. Max impact resistance: 150 Joules at -20°C.
- Precision Forging Surface - ground flat (±0.02" tolerance). total length accommodates large workpieces. Mirror-polished face rebounds 85% hammer energy.
- Dual Specialty Holes - 0.71" hardy square hole holds shaping tools + 0.79" pritchel round hole for punching/drifting. Case-hardened edges resist deformation.
- Optimized Horn Geometry - Round horn radius: 1.97" for smooth curves + flat horn 30° taper for acute bends. Horn hardness HRC52-54 for durability.
- Vibration-Dampened Base - Base with arched design reduces noise by 30dB. 3/8" mounting holes secure to stumps or stands.
