Description
- Containing Silver: This silver calcium alginate pad is a non-woven dressing made of calcium alginate and silver particles. When applied to the skin, it absorbs moisture and releases silver, helping to reduce external contamination.
- High Absorption: The high absorbency of seaweed quickly soaks up excess fluid, reducing the need for frequent changes. It forms a soft, viscous gel upon contact with moisture to maintain a balanced environment.
- Comfortable & Gentle Removal: The pad is soft and conforms to body contours, providing optimal care conditions. It creates a gel protective layer that supports gentle replacement and removal without sticking.
- Wide Application: The 3" x 3" dressing can be freely trimmed to fit different areas. Suitable for use with partial to full thickness wounds with moderate to heavy drainage, including minor cuts, scrapes, burns, and post-surgical care.
- Individually Packaged: The calcium alginate wound dressings with silver size: 3" x 3". Each pack contains 10 individually sealed dressings. Each dressing is sterile and kept free from external contamination.
