The mixture of refractory fibers and binders, which have low organic content is vacuum processed into high temperature ceramic fiber board that imparts good mechanical strength even after heating. Ceramic Board is a refractory board which has low thermal conductivity & high tensile strength and excellent resistance against thermal shock and chemical attack. Upon initial use at specific temperature the organic binder burns and turns the board to brownish giving slight odor. Once the binder is burnt out it will be pure white & odorless.
