- ENGRAVING IS INCLUDED. Has a place to engrave your name AND the date you took the oath. The top plate will have your first and last name (or, at engraver’s discretion, first initial and last name if you have a long name) and the bottom plate will have the date you took the oath in military format, i.e., January 6, 1997 will be 06 JAN 1997. In most cases we put the full date but if you’re unsure we can do month and year or just year.
