Pre-seasoned, 1.5 cup capacity cast iron pot with handle is just the right size for melting butter, warming glazes, and keeping marinades hot. The pot handle serves as a brush rest. The silicone brush head is heat-safe up to 550° F (288° C).
Use: Use pot to cook or heat up your favorite sauces, and use the basting brush to apply sauce to your food. Brush fits into the handle of the pot for storage.
Care:
POT: Hand wash, since, and dry immediately. Do not use metallic scrubbers. Do not use soap. Cast iron is porous, do not allow to soak. Periodically apply a small amount of mineral oil or other food safe oil to cast iron. Not dishwasher safe. BRUSH: Dishwasher safe.
Warning: METAL GETS HOT! USE OVEN MITT OR GLOVE WHEN HANDLING. DO NOT LEAVE BRUSH NEAR HEAT SOURCE.
