Chevron Rando HDZ ISO 22 - Multi Viscosity Hydraulic Fluid, 55 Gallon Drum

Chevron's Rando HDZ 22 Multi-viscosity Hydraulic Fluid, 55 Gallon Drum is formulated with premium base oil technology plus antiwear additives, oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, and a sheer stable viscosity index improver. This specially designed oil provides superior protection to hydraulic pumps to ensure optimal pump efficiency.

This cold weather oil is recommended for use in lubricating hydraulic or circulating oil systems, including hydraulic actuated loading bins, marine on-deck machinery, and equipment that require a wider operating temperature.

Chevron's ISO 22 HVI oil meets the following requirements:

• ASTM D6158, HV
• DIN 51524-3
• ISO 11158 L-HV

This oil typically meets a dielectric strength of 35 kV? (ASTM D877?) when used in a clean, dry environment.

Features

If not lubricated properly, hydraulic pumps can experience accelerated wear due to metal-to-metal contact. Chevron Rando HDZ hydraulic oil is uniquely formulated with the inclusion of antiwear additives to minimize pump wear. Limiting metal-to-metal contact is especially important in vane-, piston-, and gear-type pumps.

This lubricant provides the necessary high level anti-wear protection for hydraulic pumps that increase pressure at over 1000psi. Compared to typical monograde hydraulic fluid, Rando HDZ provides up to 5 degrees improvement in overall efficiency.
