The Tawa is made using the finest terracotta specially made to be used on gas stoves. It's fine surface leads to uniform gas flame distribution and heating. Care and Instruction Start using the tawa when its heated but Don't overheat the Tawa. When using the Tawa, COOK ON LOW OR MEDIUM HEAT ONLY. Do not leave your Tawa unattended, especially when empty. Turn off the heat as soon as you are done cooking. Once the cooking is done do not dip or hold the Tawa under water as it may crack as it's made from Clay. Washing Instructions: wash the Tawa using a sponge or soft cloth.
