The Clucker-Truss Elastic Gourmet Truss Strings are designed to replace traditional kitchen string or butcher twine in the prepping and cooking process. These bands secure the legs and wings of poultry firmly to the body without the hassle of having to tighten and tie string or twine. The increased elasticity makes it easy to apply and offers extraordinary holding power. The Clucker-Truss can also be used to hold together roasts, rib racks, pre-sliced ham, pinwheels, bacon wrapped filets, vegetable bundles, and other specialty products. The 6" bands can stretch to fit up to a 7-pound roasting chicken. Use multiple strings to secure your roast before searing and roasting or cooking in your multi-cooker.
