The beans are roasted a bit darker than other Light coffees we offer (but not dark enough to be oily) to bring out the subtle flavor notes the normal Light roast will not. This high grown coffee is one of our most well regarded beans. Kenya AA coffee has a sharp, winy taste and feature a pronounced fruity undertone. We roast our Kenya coffee to a city roast. The beans are a bit darker than other light roast coffees we offer, but not dark enough to be oily. This is to bring out some of the more subtle flavor notes that the light roast will not.
