George Strait embraces aging on the title track, "Cold Beer Conversation," a song that finds the singer sharing a table, a bottle of beer and a few laughs with a good friend. Cold Beer Conversation debuted on the Billboard 200 at #4 and Top Country Albums at #2. It reached #1 on the Top Country Albums chart in it's second week, making it Strait's 26th #1 on this chart. George Strait is known as the King of Country and one of the most influential and popular recording artists of all time. He is known for his neo-traditionalist country style, cowboy look, and being one of the first and main country artists to bring country music back to it's roots and away from the pop country era in the 1980s.
