BREAK IN PERIOD:
All leather holsters reuiqre a short break in period to form to your firearm. You should expect the fit to be tight at first and loosen with some use. Practicing drawing and "working" your firearm in the holster in the beginning is good practice. If the fit is extremely tight you can use the plastic bag trick to loosen the fit some. Leather will stretch so don't worry.
