- The deck starts by playing a number of different efficiently costed spider creatures, many of which have strong secondary abilities including creating more spider tokens (Arasta, Brood Weaver, Drider, Penumbra Spider, Twin-Silk Spider, etc), card draw (Doom Weaver), removal effects (Acid Web Spider, Skyfisher Spider, Stingerfling Spider), anthem/counter effects (Sweet-Gum Recluse), reach, deathtouch, and many more abilities!
- The deck then adds a number of ramp spells to cast your spiders ahead of curve, removal effects, as well as card draw spells to keep the pressure on. Shelob is an incredibly powerful finisher that turns your army of spiders into a devastating threat.
