Our Compact sized model is ideal for small to medium sized projects. Perfect for shredding batches of 1-4 heads of cabbage. Our hardwood cabbage shredders make quick work of slicing cabbage into delicious, flossy shreds ~1mm thick. Perfect for creating an excellent quality sauerkraut or coleslaw with an incredible mouthfeel. These shredders are made from sustainably sourced hardwood to exacting tolerances. Our shredders are manufactured by a multi-generational woodworking shop in Europe. No laminates, plywood or nails are used in the construction. We utilize hardwood boards, screws, finger joints and grooves as well as three stainless steel preadjusted blades to create a durable, heirloom quality product perfect for your next family sauerkraut making project.
