Sugarfree confectionary candy coating. It is easy to melt and requires no tempering. If a thinner coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added. Ingredients: Malitol, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel and/or palm), Sodium Carbonate, dietary fibre (polydextrose), milkfat,calcium carbonate,dietary fibre (polydextrose),milkfat,calcium caseinate (milk),glyceryl-lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural flavor(s), natural vanilla extract; Excess consumption may have a laxative effect.
