The Cooks Standard 3 Quart Stainless Steel Saucepan with Lid is made with 18/10 stainless steel with a middle aluminum layer in the bottom of the cookware. Aluminum disc layered in the bottom allows for even heat distribution and prevents hot spots. Tempered glass lid with steam vent to view food and seals in moisture. Riveted handles for durability, stays cool while cooking, and is hangable. Induction compatible. Works on: gas, electric, glass, ceramic, halogen, etc. Oven safe to 500F, glass lid to 350F. Dishwasher safe.
