Description

  • Includes 1.25 lbs. of Corn starch in Reusable container for easy storage. Cornstarch should be mixed with an equal amount of cold water before it's added to the hot liquid you're trying to thicken. Made in USA.
  • Use to effectively thicken sauces, soups, pies, cake fillings, and more. Twice the thickening power of flour, if the recipe called for 1 cup flour, use ½ cup of our CornStarch Powder.
  • Our cornstarch yields a thick, non-clumpy, translucent consistency and a neutral flavor for the perfect stews, broths, or gravies. Also try sprinkling some into your eggs for an extra-hearty delicious omelet!
  • To thicken hot liquids, first mix Our Corn Starch with a little cold water until smooth. Gradually stir into hot liquid until blended. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil one minute.
  • Corn Starch mixes with cold water more easily than flour and will result in creamier, smoother gravies and sauces. Great corn starch for cooking.
