NIR Mode
NIR mode makes use of near infrared(NIR) techonology and has the same effect as it has been dried under the sun.
It yields higher nutrient content in dehydrated foods than standard dryer. While ordinary food dehydrators drys from outside to inside, NIR will dry from inside to outside.
By drying from inside out, drying time is shorter, decomposition is prevented and freshness is ensured, yielding fresh nutrient rich food.

Shade Mode
This is the mode selected when food needs to be dried under a controlled heat and air circulation.
This mode is ideal for making raw food recipes such as herbs, mushrooms and etc.
With the micro-processor controlled heat sensor, temperature can be controlled accurately and ensures even results every time.
