- FOR ALL WINES - Our Craft A Brew Wine Tannin can be used in fruit wines, red wines, white wines and rosés.
- HOW TO USE - Add Wine Tannin to the “must” (unfermented wine) before fermentation, or use in conjunction with gelatin finings or clarifying later in the process. Recommended dose per gallon – white or rosé wines: ¼ tsp, red wine: ⅓ tsp, fruit wine: ½ tsp.
