  • HOW IT WORKS - Wine Tannin helps to protect wines from oxidation during aging, while also improving dull flavor, enhancing a wine’s sensory profile. Wine Tannin also helps add astringency to unoaked white wines and an earthy quality to red wines.
  • FOR ALL WINES - Our Craft A Brew Wine Tannin can be used in fruit wines, red wines, white wines and rosés.
  • HOW TO USE - Add Wine Tannin to the “must” (unfermented wine) before fermentation, or use in conjunction with gelatin finings or clarifying later in the process. Recommended dose per gallon – white or rosé wines: ¼ tsp, red wine: ⅓ tsp, fruit wine: ½ tsp.
