Spindle assembly to replace the 187292, 532187292 spindle assemblies. Also use to replace the 192870 or 532192870 spindles, those were the same as the 187292 except did not have grease fittings. Very important when installing to make certain the 187690 spacer washer is placed below the pulley (between pulley and top bearing). If spacer is installed above the pulley the splines on the shaft and the pulley may be damaged. To ensure this part goes with your machine you should always go by the model number and serial number, which is normally found under the seat of your riding mower. If you have a John Deere, the model number is on the side of the tractor, and will also be printed on an identification tag located below the operator's seat or on the back of the lower frame between the rear wheels. The serial number (PIN) is 13 or 17 digits long. If you have a Hustler, the model and serial number decal is located on the frame directly below and to the left of the operator's platform or on the left frame side rail.
