Basic crepe recipes:
·4 large eggs
·1-1/2 cups milk; more as needed
·1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
·1/4 teaspoon salt
·2-3 tablespoons butter, for basting the crepe maker cooking surface

Instruction for use
1. Turn on the switch, preheat the pan on the highest setting.
2. After it is done warming up, reduce heat to medium and pour batter into the center of the pan.
3. Use the wooden spreader to even out the batter into thin circle. Proceed to cook crepes.
4. Once they have been cooked, transfer them to a cooling rack and turn off the switch.

Tips :
1. It does help to get it wet before use and to rinse it off between each crepe.
2. If your countertop is not perfectly level you may have to put a little something under the unit to level it off, particularly if you use a thin batter.
3. After done with cleaning, please wipe the pan as well as wooden spreader. Then store it in a dry place.
