- Activated Charcoal Removes Tannins, Chlorine & Foul Odor -- Polish AC is a bituminous coal that has been exposed to extreme heat, which activates the carbon giving it a powerful absorbing ability.
- Polishes Pond Water & Removes Microscopic Debris -- Acts as an odor absorber and removes pond pollutants to keep water crystal clear. The result is a polished, thriving aquatic environment.
- Filter Media Removes Ammonia, Nitrite & Nitrate -- The billions of pores within the carbon act as hundreds of sponges, soaking in many pond pollutants such as tannins, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate.
- Easy to Use -- One 12" x 18" mesh application bag is included with the activated carbon, which are shaped like small black pellets. Five lbs treats up to 2,000 gallons. Replace carbon every 3 months.
- Safe for Aquatic Life -- When used as directed, Polish AC is safe for fish, koi, goldfish, turtles, birds, pets and plants. Can be used in ponds, water gardens, and large aquariums.
