The Cuisinart Professional Portable Gas Grill delivers the performance of a full sized grill with the convenience of portability. This grill fires up with 10,000 BTUs of meat searing heat across 176 square inches of cooking space. With all of that power comes a lot of control as well. The one easily controllable burner allows you to sear meats at high temperatures and then lower the temperature to allow food to cook through. And the built in thermometer monitors the grill temp for you. The stainless finish will look as good at your home as it will on the road. And with an inner/protective liner in the lid, the beautiful steel look will look better and last longer.
