- EASY TO OPERATE: The ball joint removal tool is ideal for removing/installing vehicle parts. You can remove all lock ring retainers from the brake anchor pins, then place the C-frame press on the brake spider, and tighten the forcing screws until the mounting pins are removed.
- WIDE COMPATIBILITY: The ball joint press & U joint removal tool kit is suitable for most two wheel drive (2WD) and four wheel drive (4WD) vehicles, as well as lightweight pickup trucks with press fit ball joints. The 4WD ball joint service kit allows service for 1967 to present 1/2 and 3/4 ton four-wheel drive vehicles with Dana 30 or 44 front axles (compatible with Ford, General Motors, Dodge, IHC, and Jeep vehicles).
