GOOD QUALITY DIAMOND POLISHING KIT : DIAPICK TOOLS diamond polishing pads are made using good diamond powder, resin and ceramic. And each pad is doing its best to finish the product and inspect it. The end of the pad was also finished as neatly as possible. Flexible pads reduce material damage, and good quality resins and ceramics increase the lifespan of the pads. Diamond Polishing Kit Configuration: There is 13 PCS. It consists of 8 PCS of resin pads, 2 woolly felt pads, 1 PCS of 5/8-11 threaded backup pads, and a wrench to unlock the backup pad along with a drill connector to fit in 1 PCS of 5/8-11 drills. The resin pad consists of grits 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3000, and 6000, which are the basic and optimal configurations for polishing the product.
Instruments available: polisher, various speed control angle grinders, drills, sanders, etc. can be used, but the important thing is that the speed RPM should not exceed 5000. This is because the resin pad is attached to Velcro without being fully fixed, so it may be separated if used at high speed. In particular, since the angle grinder has a speed of more than 10,000 RPM, please use an angle grinder that can control various speeds.
How to use and how to use the resin pad grit: The resin pad grit consists of 50,100,200,400,800,1500,3000,6000. The resin pad grit 50-200 is used for decontamination, and scratch removal. Depending on the depth and contamination of the scratch, you can choose from 50-200 grit. Generally, it would be good to choose the grit 50 or 100. The resin grit 400 to 6000 is the polishing stage. When you polish it sequentially, the surface hardness and gloss gradually increase, making it smooth. Two wool felt pads have the effect of cleaning the surface.
Wet or dry: This resin pad is available in two ways, wet or dry, but DIAPICK TOOLS recommends wet rather than dry. In particular, Grit 400 to 6000 is recommended for wet use. When the polished part dries, the gloss will be visible.
