1.The app can't compatible with iPhoneX and iPhone8&8s directly,
one more step needed for iPhoneX and iPhone8&8s ,
user need to connect the door bell on other smart phone, then update the firmware of the doorbell to the newest version(1.0.4) on the app, when Upgrade completed, user can use it on iPhoneX and iPhone8 directly.
2.This video doorbell doesn't include charging device and adapter in the package.
3. This video doorbell can support one indoor chime, it is not included.
Notes before set up:
1. Network requirements: 2.4G.
2. Turn on the bluetooth of the mobile phone and start bluetooth pairing (do not search the device directly in the bluetooth setting, need to go to the APP directly after opening the bluetooth, then the bluetooth of device and bluetooth of your cell phone will match automatically)
3.Wifi password: do not support empty password.
4. Mobile phone/bluetooth version requirements: android 4.4 and above, mobile phone bluetooth 4.0 and above;IOS 8.0 and above. Mobile phones and devices must run on the same network when it is first time to set up. (2.4g)
5.Make sure the wifi signal is good when connected.
What to do if can't receive alert?
1. Please make sure the network is availble and the device has enough power
2.The device should be on dormant state if it need to push alert( key point)
3. The APP Settings are opened correctly.
4. The pir is open and the phone push setting is correct.
How long would able to use after recharge the battery?
The usage life depends on the discrepancy of the user usage frequency, it could be standby about 3 months in low power mode without pir on, if user open the pir, the electricity consumption would be faster, always can use from 7 days to 15 days.
