- TRANSMITTER --Runs on one CR-2 battery (included). Sends a signal up to 1/2 mile back to the receiver. Weatherproof and meant to be used outdoors.

The Duty Cycle Universal Kit consists of one UT-2500 universal transmitter and one DCR-2500 receiver. The UT-2500 is a simple to use universal transmitter that is compatible with other 2500 Series products. It operates on a 3V lithium battery (included) and has several different methods of activation. The UT-2500 has a push button that can be used as a panic button or a wireless doorbell. There is also a magnetic door/window contact and terminals for either a normally open (N/O) or normally closed (N/C) input. These inputs can be used with any sensor contacts. Now you can have your favorite sensor send a wireless signal up to 1/2 mile back to the DCR-2500 receiver (actual range will vary depending on the local terrain).
