This blend of fine highland arabica coffee has its roots in East Africa. When coarsely ground and prepared in a cafetiÃ¨re, the beans readily and evenly transfer their precious aromas to the water, creating an intense taste experience with hints of flowers and spice allowing for sheer enjoyment with Dallmayr French Press Selection. Preparation: Many experts recommend preparation with a cafetiÃ¨re as the best, pure method of making coffee. Add 2 heaping tablespoons of coffee to the bottom of the French Press, bring water to an almost boil, pour water over top of grinds and allow to steep for 3-4 minutes, press plunger slowly downward, enjoy! The result of brewing it like this by hand is a strong aroma.
