This plate mounts flush to your wall with a recessed opening that sends A/V cables, data lines, and phone lines inside the wall and out of sight. Once inside your wall the cables can be run to your entertainment cabinet, entertainment center, equipment rack or closet, computer or other location that will complete the connection.
