Vantage Connect works with both wireless and cabled weather systems. Vantage Connect combines the data collection capabilities of a Vantage Pro2, Vantage Vue and Weather Envoy with cellular technology and an integrated data logger to transmit your weather data to a secure page on WeatherLink.com. View the data online using your computer or smartphone or download data to your PC for analysis, archiving and reporting using WeatherLink software (CD included). Vantage Connect can be configured to send you an immediate email or text message alarm when preset weather conditions, such as high wind or frost warnings, occur. Partner Vantage Connect with a Vantage Vue ISS or any Vantage Pro2 ISS or additional transmitting stations. Vantage Connect can either take the place of your console or work with your console to send your weather directly to the cloud. Wireless Vantage Connect has the same 1000 ft. (300 m) wireless range as our Vantage Vue and Vantage Pro2 consoles. You can connect an external temperature probe (6475 or 6477) to replace a wireless Vantage Connect's internal temperature probe.
