The creative minds at Daystar Products have once again stepped outside the box and created a 2 inch lift kit for the 2005 and newer Smart Fortwo. The kit features strut spacers for the front, coil and shock spacers for the rear, a steering shaft extension, and other items that address everything needed to make some more room in the already tight wheel wells. Due to the nature of the suspension used on the Smart Car, Daystar has spent several months testing and refining the kit to ensure it's up to even the most ridiculous abuse. The 2 inch lift provides room to run up to 175/70-15 tires on the front and 185/70-15 tires on the rear. That's nearly 3 inch taller than the factory tires!.
