Great sound goes full circle with the sleek, modern design of the Dayton Audio QS204-4 "Quadrant Speaker. The QS204-4 speaker allows virtually endless possibilities for mounting and installation via its clever multi-angle mounting bracket. The expertly tuned acoustic package of dual 4" poly-cone woofers and 1" treated dome tweeter angled for superior dispersion over a wide area, the QS204-4 delivers punch, presence, and clarity. The enclosure of the QS204-4 is made from weather-inert and UV-resistant ABS plastic, with integrated aluminum grill to prevent pest ingress or foreign object damage. A concealed structural matrix behind the grill material prevents denting from impacts. An internal 70V/100V transformer makes these speakers fully distributed-application ready, and a convenient front-mounted selector switch behind the removable grill makes it easy to set the right audio level, or to select 4 ohm operation for use with stereo receivers and multi-room amplifications. The included multi-angle mounting brackets allow mounting one, two, or three QS204-4 speakers at 90 degree intervals in either vertical or horizontal orientation applications. Wall mount two units together to create 180 degree coverage, or install a single unit vertically in the corner between a wall and a ceiling for a stylish "sconce" appearance and wide dispersion. Use the optional QS204PB 4-way pole mounting bracket to even create a 360 degree ring of quality sound in an open space.
