Noise Unit's Strategy of Violence and Decoder were both released only as CDs in the early 90s. Decoder ventures further into techno territory and explores dystopian soundscapes with minimal, processed vocals. What's more, Bill Leeb dug deep into the archives and found two ridiculously amazing unreleased bonus tracks, which appear only on this Artoffact Records edition.
