The Demon Powersports heavy duty lift kit axle is designed to be stronger, longer lasting, and more dependable no matter where you ride. Specifically made to have a perfect fit with industry known lift kit brands.
Made from 4340 chromoly steel that is chrome plated & dual heat treated, Demon heavy duty axles are also equipped with a TPEE (Thermoplastic polyester elastomer) boot which are stronger, stiffer, fatigue resistant, puncture resistant, and temperature resistant than a standard OEM boot.
Wider articulation angles dual plunge and 15%-20% bigger housing, prevents axle from binding. It is packed with high load molybdenum grease to provide low friction and smooth motion. Trust in Demon Heavy Duty Axles to keep you riding!
Field and lab tested for extreme strength and endurance. These axles also utilize a unique double plunge design which allows it to achieve higher articulation angles and plunge. With 1.5 inches of travel and 40° articulation over terrain on the inboard joint. The outboard joint can travel 0.5inches and swing from 45°-47° depending on the model.
